Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
