At The Alabanza, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Original tags and accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Engraved jewelry.
- Name necklaces or custom gifts.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Used or damaged products caused by customer handling.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Replacement will be offered first whenever possible.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
